I can not view game replays on the NFL app

We are currently aware of an issue where some users are having trouble viewing game replays on the NFL app. 

In order to view replays, you will need to select a favourite team. 

To do this:
1. Select your account settings at the top right of the app 
2. Select SELECT A TEAM
3. Choose your favourite team 
Once your favourite team is selected, you should have access to game replays. 

Update to New NFL App (3.0) to Sign In or View Content on Mobile

Please update the NFL app on your mobile device to the newest version in order to sign in and access NFL content.

Live Video in the NFL App

Remember to close/reopen, delete/download, or uninstall/reinstall updates if you are not getting video in the app. This should solve your issue

  • Sign in with the correct account. Try all accounts. Power device off/on. Confirm purchase with receipt or bank account.
  • Sign out/sign in, close/reopen, or delete/download the app. For Android with Verizon, clear the app cache/data in Applications Manager (see below), or uninstall updates, and update the app again.
  • Disable/remove ad-blocking software/extensions/apps.

Troubleshooting (Clear Cache on Androids)

Android users who are unable to delete the app, clear app data/cache or delete and download the app and allow all permissions when going back into the app, please. See gif below. Users must accept app permissions for live video to work.

Taking the following steps will resolve most issues experienced with the app:

  • Update the app to the latest version.
  • Update to the latest version of your phone/tablet Operating System.
  • Sign out/sign into your NFL Account.
  • Hard close the app, and then re-open.
  • Delete, and then re-download the app.
  • For Android users with Verizon, clear app cache/data in Applications Manager, and/or uninstall updates, and update the app again.
  • Turn Location Services on.
  • Confirm you are signing in with the correct account credentials.
  • Disable/remove ad-blocking software/extensions/apps.

How do I order NFL RedZone for mobile?

 
In the NFL app, please select the MORE button at the bottom of the app.

Select the silhouette on the top right of the app.

Select RedZone under subscription. This will give you the option to purchase a RedZone subscription.

For Access on Sundays:

In the app, go to SCORES. RedZone should be shown in the video box at the top. ( RedZone is only available on Sundays). Select that square to start the purchase flow, and to view the stream.

USERS THAT PURCHASE ON MOBILE WILL STILL NEED TO SIGN IN WITH THEIR SATELLITE/CABLE CREDENTIALS WHEN USING CONNECTED TV DEVICES AND TABLETS

  • On Phones:
    • NFL RedZone satellite or cable subscribers: sign in in the settings section using satellite/cable TV credentials. DirecTV or Sunday Ticket subscribers must go to DirecTV or Sunday Ticket apps and sites to view RedZone. We apologize for this inconvenience.
    • Season Ticket Members have access through their membership and just need to sign in to the Season Ticket Members section in Settings.
  • On Tablets:
    • NFL RedZone subscribers just need to sign in using their satellite/cable TV credentials. DirecTV or Sunday Ticket subscribers must go to DirecTV or Sunday Ticket apps and sites to view RedZone. We apologize for this inconvenience.
    • Note: NFL RedZone cannot be accessed on a tablet using an app store subscription.
  • NFL RedZone is accessible during the game slates that begin at 1 pm ET and 4 pm ET. Subscription preferences for mobile devices can be managed through Google Play or the App Store. Please find instructions for managing, modifying or changing subscription preferences below.

If you desire to view RedZone through a Connected TV Device, you must sign in with cable provider credentials unless you are a DirecTV/Sunday Ticket subscriber, in which case please go to DirecTV/Sunday Ticket apps or sites. You can also sign in to the NFL app with cable credentials if you already have that as part of your regular cable package. Just follow the simple prompts for cable RedZone access on your smartphone.

Season Ticket Members have access to RedZone in the app (smartphones only) by using their registered Ticketmaster credentials in that section of the mobile app.
